Immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, ample size apartment, parking at the door, communal washing and drying. Nothing really to dislike.

Switched selected room upon arrival as room I reserved was not available anymore. Had no power to charge devices before a long flight due to what appeared to be a shortage in electricity. Was promised an investigation regarding my reporting of a room that was not cleaned but no one had followed up with me, messages ignored also.

Other than the rude guests that started making food or doing laundry at midnight, it was pretty good. Our room went through the living room and kitchen. And the other guests would come to use the areas late at night and start making noise which was quite loud for us considering our room was attached with the living room. The property itself is actually quite good.

Disappointing

Powerful, unpleasant smell in the whole apartment during our stay despite our attempts to air the rooms. Couldn’t leave windows open constantly because of the noise from planes as it’s on the Heathrow flight path. All kitchen equipment needed washing before use as it was marked with smears. A tea towel could have been provided. Difficult to access the sink as unnecessary table in the way. Very limited storage for clothing. Had to ask for hangers as non there on arrival. Communal spaces cobwebby & dusty. Garden area requires attention. Weeds growing through fake grass, old and faded garden chairs, generally unappealing. We stayed in studio 2 and were shocked & disappointed after reading previous reviews. Would certainly not recommend.
