This two-story detached property boasts a fenced garden, a seasonal swimming pool (5 x 3 m, depth 120 cm, available from June 1 to September 30), and ample amenities for a comfortable stay, including garden furniture, a barbecue area, and a fireplace. Internet Wifi, Parking, and a Yard are also available for your convenience.

Enjoy the great outdoors with various recreational opportunities nearby. The property is located just 400 meters from the edge of the forest, allowing you to immerse yourself in nature. Additionally, you can indulge in table tennis within the complex.

Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen, which features 4 hot plates, an oven, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table. There is also a shower and a toilet on this level. Wood heating is available throughout the house. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms: one with 4 beds and another with 6 beds, both with wood heating. The property boasts a spacious 33 m2 terrace, offering beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.

During your stay, you'll have access to a range of amenities, including a barbecue area, a fireplace for cozy evenings, and satellite TV for entertainment. Pets are welcome, making it a perfect vacation spot for the whole family. The house is equipped with heating to ensure your comfort, and you'll have access to a microwave and television for your convenience.
