Peaceful Location 20 Meters of the Sea A villa in Skiathos which includes one apartment and one studio which is perfect for a big family of 6 or even a couple. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 en suite bathrooms and the studio has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It has a private swimming pool with amazing views of the sea and the town. Next to the swimming pool, there’s a large terrace where you can enjoy a nice breakfast, lunch or dinner as it has 4 deck chairs, a couch, and lounges are the outdoor furniture. The kitchen has an hob/electric panel, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and utensils, cutlery, towels, tablecloths, napkins. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: bath towels, hand towels, linens and beach towels are included. Towels and linens are changed a week, maid service and cleaning a week. The location is perfect as it has easy access to the town to one of the many restaurants that Skiathos has to offer. The layout was perfect, the boys stayed in the studio which gave them some independence. We found the main villa, charming and spacious. The villa was in an amazing location with stunning views over the bay to Skiathos town. We love to paddle board so having direct access to the sea was brilliant. The villa had everything we needed to self cater if we chose, but also access by car to a huge range of restaurants. We walked into the town a few times which took about 40 mins, it is a bit hilly but a lovely walk. We explored the whole island from the Villa nothing more than a 30 minute drive. The airport was about 10 minutes maximum and so easy to drive to and from.Katarina the host was very attentive and could offer advise when needed. She also cooked a meal for us one night, such a nice touch. What more can I say that hasn't been said by other reviews. This place is absolutely fantastic, it has everything that you need to enjoy a break away from everything along with only being a 5 minute drive away from Skiathos marina and centre. Katarina was helpful through every step of the booking and hosting requirements. We just spent the whole week sitting by the pool and chilling out watching the boats go back and forth from the Marina and taking a trip down the hill to the restaurants in the evening for dinner. Note: You will need a car or a quad to get about as the walk is only for those intrepid hikers out there. Séjour de 4 nuits en juillet 2022 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### angela T., England 25 juin 2022 Points forts : Propreté #### Best Ever I have been to Skiathos on numerous occasions,this accommodation was defiantly the best.The villa is very traditional but has everything you need.The outside space is what makes it special.The infinity pool was extremely well kept,the large veranda was a great spot to sit and watch the comings and goings of the ferries and planes landing at the airport.Katerina the host was very hospitable she met us at the port early morning and showed us the way to the villa,we were lucky that nobody had been in the villa the week before so could access it early..Communication was great throughout our stay.My son and partner stayed in the studio section which was ideal as it has its own facilities .I would not hesitate staying there again if we return to beautiful Skiathos. ##### angela T. We hired a car which I would say is essential as it is a very steep approach from the road, but only 5 minutes drive to Skiathos town, but also the best way to see the island. Katrina is a lovely attentive host and she kindly left us wine and a few groceries for our arrival. She met us from the airport and led the way to the villa which was really appreciated as it was dark when we arrived. Thank you Katerina for sharing your lovely villa :-) ##### Ann H.
