« No hot water and no communication. We had no hot water - like the hot water was turned off, it was ice cold and no faucet increased. We called, texted, and messaged through Expedia, and got no response. No one is on site. If I am paying this price for a lodge stay I expect to be able to have hot - or at the very least warm water. I didn’t want to give a bad review but I have emailed and messaged the hotel since then and only get automated responses. It was a disappointment because we like going...

« The entry carpet was bubbled and needed to be stretched or replaced, lower elevator didn’t work, but the lobby was clean and staff was nice. Our room was a mess. « L’hôtel est son petit déjeuner. Ma chambre a été laissé ouvert à deux reprises malgré que je l’ai signalé. Aucun geste commercial n’a été effectué. Aucune excuse de la part des responsables de l’accueil. Cela est inacceptable quand vous partez que vous rentrez et que vous trouvez votre chambre ouverte parce qu’ils ont oublié de la fermer correctement cela m’a vraiment déçu et ce n’est pas à une seule reprise à deux reprises. »
