Reunion friends
For college friends met and stayed here for 5 days and the home was absolutely amazing. Very modern and beautiful. We enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, and fire pit. It could not have been better. Close to the town and a comfortable area surrounding the home.

Great graduation weekend
We had a fabulous time and Susan was an AMAZING hostess - super responsive, house very well appointed and and terrific facilities inside and outside. We didn't have enough time to try everything out but we loved our time and the ability to relax together inside and outside around the pool.

Wonderful place
This accommodation is excellent, situated in a stunning location. The host was incredibly accommodating. Despite the cold weather during our visit, the heated toilets were a nice surprise. I can imagine it being a delightful destination for a summer getaway. We hope to go back!

Great Snowy Stay
Our family of five had a wonderful stay at this property. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and also great spaces in the kitchen and living room for everyone to hang out together. The hot tub with views of the lake was an added bonus during our snowy stay! The house is minutes away from the quaint town of Skaneateles and a convenient drive to Syracuse as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Memories of a lifetime!
We brought 5 teen refugee kids from Africa with us on this adventure. Because these kids are not our natural kids and are still working through the immigration process, our travel options were limited to local destinations. We were also traveling with one of these kiddos who uses a wheelchair. The home was perfect for our family. While there were some stairs, our youngster navigated them without issue. The kids loved having our own hot tub and movie theater and the high tech showers too! This is time together was amazing and full of so many experiences and memories for us all! We felt at home and pampered at the same time! We hope to go back in the summer to enjoy the pool and yard too!

Thanksgiving with friends
We’re from Ohio and our friends are from New Hampshire. Every year we get together near the Finger Lakes to celebrate Thanksgiving. This year was especially memorable. Sue’s home is ideally located near the quaint town of Skaneateles NY. The homes picturesque setting and lovely amenities made our trip one of the most memorable.

A great place to stay.
We had a 4-day, 3-night stay with a total of eight guests. The house was clean and beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The house was a very short trip to town and a winery was just down the street. When we had a couple of questions, the host responded almost immediately. We would totally recommend the property.

Great Experience
My BFF’s and I spent a weekend at this property. We were extremely impressed by the fully furnished kitchen along with the comfortable beds and other furnishings. The owners were extremely responsive when the hot tub was not heating and helped us figure it out. The location is very close to town. Would definitely recommend this property.

The place was comfortable, clean and fun. The amenities were great the location was perfect. The host answered any questions we had leading up to our arrival. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our decision to stay here we had a great time.

64 year old college friends on vacation for a few days
We needed a place to house at least 10 of us. Though we only had 7, it worked out very well. We really only used the first floor and pool area. We made all of our meals in the kitchen and used the grill. When a freak storm took out the lights, the owner told us where we could find candles. Then she sent a box of candles and flashlights for the house for the future. Due to uneven weather, we did not get to use the pool area as much as we would have liked, but we had a great time hanging out in the spacious areas. One doesn't actually see the lake unless you line yourself up for it, but the walks down the lanes were lovely. We enjoyed ourselves, but it was a reunion weekend, not a destination place, so we were very happy with the accommodations.

Great family visit.
My family and I enjoyed our stay immensely. Plenty of room for all of us. The weather was beautiful and we spent most of our days at the pool. I give it five stars although it could have been a little cleaner. We will return. I’m going back for a girls weekend in October.

Family fun week
The pool area of this house is amazing! The pool is perfect for little kids especially with the water slide. The hot tub and fenced in yard were also nice features. A great vacation for our dog too. The bad points are that the house wasn’t very clean and the basement theater room had an extremely musty smell. Also the neighbors complaining about the noise level from the pool area during the daytime hours was very disappointing. But family time is the best and so we have no regrets about our week together

Family get together!!
Our group came from NYC and Florida for a family reunion. The house was great! We had adults, a six year old and a 17 yesr old. The house was well equipped with a pool, hot tub, movie area and pool table! Something for everyone. We had a fire one evening with s’mores which were a big hit! We loved it and hope to return in the future!

Perfect summer family getaway
My husband and my 4 yr old son rented the house for the week, it was perfect! We had some relatives pop in as well for a night, they loved the home just as much as we did. Home is fully stocked (just bring your clothes and groceries). House was clean, beds were comfy, location is great, less than 5 min drive into the village with cute shops and restaurants. We would definitely come back, Sue was great and very responsive.

Amazing house!
Our family had a perfect stay at this property! It’s wonderful for kids also, as it has so many different zones, with the outdoor play area and the basement which has games, books, and other toys. We had so much room to spread out. The pool was beyond incredible. My 2 year old son really gained a lot of confidence with his swimming abilities because it has lots of levels and steps around the pool. The town of Skaneateles is beautiful and quaint and we also enjoyed swimming in the lake at the town beach. This house has appliances that are smarter than me, but we worked it out lol! Would definitely come back!

We had such a great time with our family at this home. There was so much to do! We swam, relaxed around the pool, enjoyed the jacuzzi, played pool, watched movies in the theater, went into town and so much more! The owner was always available to answer any questions we had. It's like staying at a resort. Every amenity is available here - pool, hot tub, entertainment, easy access, a fenced yard for our dogs, spa-like facilities in the house, beautiful views of the lake. Everything was perfect. Great communication with the host and very easy getting in and out. We were in the area for a wedding and travelling with our dogs. This home with a fenced yard made the stay super-easy. If we're ever in the area again, this home will be our first choice for a place to stay.

This is a beautiful and comfortable home. We enjoyed the large open kitchen and the hot tub in the evening. We were a bit overweight by the high tech amenities including the showers and the stove. The location ceased close to town!

Best short getaway
This was a last minute trip. It was super spacious and it accommodated the nine of us. 8 adults and an infant. It was super cozy and the host was very attentive. You wake up to a beautiful view and you have an enormous back yard. It has a pool and hot tub( we didn’t use because it was too cold, but will definitely be back when the weather is nicer). The owner is extremely attentive and made sure that our stay was as best as can be throughout the entire stay not just beforehand. Definitely a favorite vacation!

All the amenities in this beautiful home
The house was gorgeous, the layout, the furniture, even the little things like the cookware and utensils. The host was very accommodating when we had questions. Everything was clearly labeled and in perfect working order. The hot tub was just what we needed. There were two very minor things overlooked in the master bathroom otherwise I would have given it a 5 star rating for cleanliness, but I’m sure it was a one time oversight given how spotless the rest of the house was. We hope to visit there again.

Great house and wonderful location to meet up with friends as we celebrated our 50th birthdays. The house was very clean and the beds were really comfortable. Perfect Family Weekend House
This was the absolute perfect house for three sisters and our families to get together for a weekend. So much room for kids and adults to have a great time. Beautiful outdoor area to relax and excellent basement area for kids to watch movies and play. Everyone had a comfortable sleeping spot. My Wife's College Friends Reunion
My wife and her college friends of 45+years try to stay in touch and gather every few years somewhere. As the family trip planner, I found a property close to Skaneateles Lake for them. They returned from their four night stay, with nothing but high praise for the property, all the amenities available and the comfortable beds and furnishings. My contact with Susan, the owner of the property was so easy. She was prompt in answering all my questions and went out of her way to add another bed, to accommodate the original plan of 9 women. Unfortunately, Hurricane Ian reduced the number to 6 women. Thank you Susan for making this get together so pleasant. Nice home close to the lake
Overall, we enjoyed our experience at this home. However, there were also some things we were disappointed about. Pro: Kids had a good time with the pool. Con: The water for the slide wasn’t functioning so we had to carry a heavy watering can each time we wanted to use it. Pro: There were swings for the kids to use. Con: They couldn’t stay for too long as there was a bee’s nest in the gate. My mother in law got stung by a bee while by the pool. There were many around due to the hive. Also, the playground slide couldn’t be used because there were cobwebs in the entrance, and rust and weeds at the bottom. Pro: Very up to date modern bathrooms and good water pressure. No issues with hot water either. Con: There is a small area at the bottom of the guest bathroom door where the water seeped out while showering causing the bathroom floor to get water all over. In the master bedroom, it seems like the jets hadn't been cleaned in a while since the water from the jets came out brown. Finally, I think the house overall is very nice. Beds and pillows are comfortable. It could use a better clean though for the amount of money paid. There were many many cobwebs and spiders outside around the house and deck. The floors could use a Swiffer as a lot of dust was visible when moving things around. Thank you for the hospitality. We would stay here again but hope some of the issues are resolved for future guests.

My family spent 3 nights there. The house is beautiful and offers every amenity you could possibly want. The homeowner Susan was very attentive and responded quickly to any question we asked. We definitely plan to stay again next summer.
