The "De Manou" property is a 4-room house that spans over 120 square meters across two levels, designed with modern and cozy furnishings. On the ground floor, you'll find a living/sleeping room equipped with a double sofa bed, an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration purposes), a dining table, satellite TV, a hi-fi system, a DVD player, and air conditioning. This room provides direct access to the terrace. Additionally, there's a room with a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and a bathroom. The kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There's also a separate toilet on this floor. Upstairs, you'll find one room with three beds (80 cm) and air conditioning, leading to a balcony. Another room features two beds (80 cm) and air conditioning. There's also a shower and a separate toilet on this level.
