Owner stopped by one day, met in the alley, and she asked how our stay was and if we needed anything. That reminds me, have your ride drop you on the upper side, alley side, lugged my 50 lb suit case up those steps and then realized upper side is only 5 steps. The host was gracious to let us stay late since our flight was not until the evening and they did not have guests coming in that same day. So generous. I have been coming to Sitka fishing for many years now and this is the best place I have ever stayed. Very clean and in great shape. Location is walking distance to everything. I have personally operated a vacation rental in Morro Bay California and know the difference when the owner does everything themselves opposed to using services for everything. Again Great Place.
