The villa is located 8 kilometers from the town of Sitges, 5 minutes by car from San Pere de Ribes and 10 minutes from the beaches (Beaches, eight kilometers).

It has a beautiful pool of 4 * 8 m that can be heated to 30º (option at € 250 / week), and very cozy outdoor areas.

HOW TO BOOK:

Sitges with its micro climate usually offers temperatures from 20 to 22º at noon from November to March. With its South-West orientation and being very sunny all day, Villa El Olivo is ideal for getaways of 3, 4, 5 days from November to March. Its rate is very tight in these periods.
The heated pool option offers, according to the months, a pool between 25 and 30º. Ask for the option 10 days before to allow time to heat the pool before your arrival.

IMPORTANT ASPECTS RELATED TO FEES AND PAYMENTS:

1.- You can pay by Home Away by Visa Card with a supplement of 3% Card Commission.

2.- You can pay by Bank Transfer.

The Home Away Assistance Service can be contracted with both forms of payment. It allows you to use their customer service and assistance during your stay.

3.- Each week ends with a cleaning, change of sheets/pool towels and bath towels. If 2 weeks are booked, there are 2 cleanings, etc...

4.- This cleaning has a cost of 225 €/week.

5.- Tourist tax: 1 €/Adult/Day for the first 7 days.
