It has 2 balconies and 2 floors and is located on a 2nd floor without elevator. The San Sebastian district is one of the most beautiful areas of Sitges. It is centrally located but in a quiet area. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so a car is not necessary. The apartment is located on a pedestrian street. Upon entering the apartment, we find a staircase that leads us to the first floor where the kitchen and living room are located. The kitchen is open to the living room and is equipped with a coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher and a small refrigerator. Simple meals can be prepared. The living room has a round glass table, chairs, a sofa, a flat-screen TV and has access to the first balcony with spectacular sea views. Ideal for a drink at sunset or a coffee in the morning. The stairs lead to the second floor where the bedroom is. It has a double bed of 1.50 x 2 mt., with access to another private balcony. It also has sea views, a shower and hammocks to take advantage of the sun in the morning. The bathroom is small and has a shower. The apartment has Wi-Fi, hot/cold air conditioning on both floors, a safe, iron and hair dryer. Please note that there are narrow stairs to access the apartment and there are also stairs inside. The apartment is located on the second floor and the bedroom and bathroom are accessed via stairs. The Port Alegre Attic is a perfect apartment for couples who want to be between the centre of Sitges, the Port and have a lot of privacy. We do not recommend staying with small children due to the number of narrow stairs in the apartment. Communication and check in good. Very disappointed with quality and cleanliness of the apartment. Black mould in shower, visible damage around apartment from water damage, washroom/shower very small. I’m 6’1” and 190lbs, anyone much larger couldn’t fit in opening to shower. Bed was very uncomfortable, spent 4 nights on couch as it was better than bed. Cutting board dirty and mouldy. If you are laying in bed I hope you’re comfortable with your partner using the washroom by your head. The property management group is clearly more interested in making their money and not your comfort.
