The only negatives were that check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. That leaves 6 hours for cleaning and seems excessive. It's hard on a 3-day weekend. House was as-advertised and well appointed (kitchen, decor, etc. The place was nice and quiet. A few things could use some attention: Linens and towels were well-worn and a bit dingy. Bath towels were the size of old-school gym towels. Filter change warnings on the HVAC and refrigerator were both lit and timer on the HVAC system was way off (impacting when heating and cooling came on).
