Great stay

We had a great stay for a wedding weekend and really enjoyed having a home to come back to in between our events. We should have brought coffee grounds (brought k-pods whoops) but that was minor as there are plenty of places to grab a coffee in the area! Would stay again or recommend to anyone!

Cute home, lots of space!

Home was great, very well stocked and convenient. Upstairs got very warm even with all the fans running but other than that, we had a great stay.

Beautiful Sioux Falls Area

Nice, small house near beautiful McKennan park. Fenced in yard, updated furniture and appliances. The upstairs loft does not have cooling, and there are only basic supplies in the kitchen (few spices, missing some handy items like a pitcher for beverages, oven mit, etc.). Otherwise, very nice accomodations for our group of 8.

Girls' weekend

We loved the vintage cottage! Just perfect for three women. I would rent it again - close to downtown, great house, convenient, etc. My only recommendations: identify the "lip" somehow in the basement doorway/threshold. I stubbed my toe HARD on that going into that bathroom for the first time and didn't notice it. Maybe some way to point it out? And the shower curtain in the main level bathroom (the inner liner) could use replacing - it's rusty looking on the bottom. Other than those things, awesome stay! Thanks much!

Quiet & Chic

This house was great for our stay! We enjoyed two nights with another couple, and had the perfect amount of comfortable space. The decorating and updates to the home were well thought out, and it had all the amenities we needed. Even had a fenced in yard for our dog to enjoy. The neighborhood is adorable! We had one problem with the heat not working when we arrived, and the owner worked quickly to have someone onsite to address it. The situation was resolved within a couple hours, and we couldn't have been happier to have warmth in the house as the sun was starting to set. Would stay here again if ever in Sioux Falls in the future.

Nice updates

We had a good stay over Thanksgiving. The Kitchen is very nice, with updated appliances, cupboards & countertops. We brought our dog & the yard is totally fenced, so that was very convenient. There was an issue with the furnace & plumbing that we discovered Thanksgiving afternoon. Being homeowners' ourselves, we understand this usually happens at inconvenient times. The owner was on it! Repairmen were there within an hour of us contacting the owner - on Thanksgiving, that was impressive & appreciated! Will definitely consider booking again next time we're in Sioux Falls.

Good holiday stay - flexible hosts

We have stayed here before. This time we had reservations for Christmastime. Due to the weather, we decided to come to Sioux Falls a couple of days early. Our hosts were very accommodating with our last minute request to add a couple of days and we had no problem getting in early. Greatly appreciated!

Wonderful and convenient

This property worked perfect for my short stay in Sioux Falls. It isn't too far from downtown or the paths along the river. Kristin was great to work with. I would definitely book again if I was looking for a place to stay in Sioux Falls.

Perfect home away from home

We were back to see both families and this rental quickly became "home". It was exactly as expected and as it appears online. After a long drive, I can't tell you how welcome we felt walking in to this property. We especially loved the extras - some snacks and bottled water (plus a few toiletries in case we forgot something). This is the first VRBO where those were included and it truly makes a difference. The beds and all the furniture was super comfortable. The appliance were in great shape. Dishes were fun to use. When we come home again, we'll definitely stay here! We highly recommend.

We had a lovely experience at this rental. We were impressed by the decor and design. Everything was fresh and new and clean. We especially enjoyed being so close to the beautiful Mckennan Park that we walked to more than once.

Family Visit To Sioux Falls

Overall, this property was great for our family. We were visiting family and just wanted our own space. We could walk to our families' house and the park. We also brought our small dog and the fenced in area was great for her. The kitchen is updated. We spent most of our time in the back family room. The basement has an updated bath, which was great. I'm not sure the second bedroom is big enough for it, but we wished there was a queen in the bedroom instead of a full. It was a little tight, but no issues at all. Our kids would have slept in the upstairs loft, but since it was summertime, it was a little toasty. Overall, we would stay in the property again. It is very nicely decorated and you can tell that the owners took time in making sure we had all the amenities that we needed.
