I'm so glad that we stumbled upon this gem of a property for our girls weekend getaway. It is located in a great little neighborhood less than 10 minutes away from pretty much anywhere we needed to go -- restaurants, shopping, downtown and the Sanford arena. Check-in was a breeze and any communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. The spacious living area was spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed for our stay -- including a few K-cups for our coffee drinkers (bless!) The sleeping accommodations worked perfect for our family. Mom and baby went downstairs where there was a full suite (bedroom/bath) just for them. The rest of us used the upstairs bedrooms and bath which were very comfortable (great beds!) and the Nest thermostat kept us nice and cozy from the autumn chill. The next time we visit Sioux Falls, we won't hesitate in booking here again. It was simply fantastic. ##### Melissa L. Communication was great with the host quick to respond but the house just needs some love and updating. Kitchen sink leaked and the host did send someone to repair it. The bathroom tub would fill with water as you showered. The bathroom sink had no pressure at all and the cleaning of the overall property could use some looking into. front porch was dirty and lots of debri. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed but the home is just old and needs some tlc. Hardwood floors need to be refinished. if you are looking for a no frills place..This property is sufficient for the stay.
