The holiday flat is located in an apartment building, was renovated in 2022 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated in a lively area, in the town centre. For exclusive use are available: barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.  
  
**Location**  
Siofok. The holiday apartement is located on a 50 sqm enclosed plot with flowers and shrubs, bordered by a wall. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The garden plants are watered by an automatic irrigation system. The garden has been given colorful mood lighting at night. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 5 cars) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.  
  
**Special**  
Air conditioning, central heating (gas). Internet access (Wi-Fi), iron, ironing board, washing machine and tumble dryer. Television reception via cable. The accommodation features hypoallergenic pillows.  
For your **safety**, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.  
**Hygiene measures:** disinfectant and final cleaning with disinfection.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is located on the ground floor and leads directly into the vestibule with wardrobe.  
**Ground floor**: **Living room** (25 sqm) with sitting area, TV and access to the terrace (22 sqm, garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs). **Bathroom** with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.  
 **Higher ground floor**: **Kitchen** (13 sqm) with dining area (6 seats), gas stove (4 flames), oven, extractor hood, fridge (160 l, icebox), coffee machine, capsule machine, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine and access to the balcony.  
 **1st floor**: **Bedroom** (15 sqm) with 1 double bed and The 4 nm ceiling fan is a wardrobe unit. All windows and external doors are secured with fly screens. **Bedroom** (13 sqm) with 2 single beds and Ventilator. All windows and external doors are secured with fly screens. **Bedroom** (12 sqm) with 1 double bed and The fan in question is made of sturdy metal and is therefore anti-rust. All windows and external doors are secured with fly screens. **Bathroom** (11 sqm) with bathtub, 2 washbasins, WC, hairdryer and window.
