Welcome to our stunning apartment in Vista Maris, located directly on the harbor of Sint-Annaland.  
  
Enjoy a fantastic holiday with beautiful views of the beach and the Eastern Scheldt. The property includes a storage area for parking and charging (electric) bicycles. Surrounded by water and just a short walk from a lovely beach, it’s the perfect place to unwind. This charming village is a must-see for nature lovers and history buffs alike. Be captivated by the breathtaking scenery and rich heritage. The apartment features a spacious, light-filled terrace with panoramic views of the harbor and the Oosterschelde.

Welcome to your charming getaway! As you enter the inviting hallway, you'll find yourself in a cozy living room designed for relaxation. The space features a comfortable 2.5-seater sofa, an armchair positioned for optimal TV viewing, and a dining table that comfortably seats four. Step out onto the narrow balcony (7m²) to soak in the picturesque views of the beach and the Oosterschelde.  
During the warm summer months, it is wonderful to step into a cool apartment after a day in the sun. Thanks to the air conditioning, you can always enjoy a pleasant indoor temperature, day and night. Whether you want to relax, work, or sleep, it remains comfortable, no matter how hot it is outside.  
The well-equipped kitchen boasts everything you need for your culinary adventures, including a cooktop, combi-microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and toaster. Start your day with fresh coffee or tea using the Nespresso machine and kettle, and enjoy casual meals at the delightful little bar with two seats.  
Adjacent to the kitchen, the expansive balcony (14m²) offers stunning harbor views. Whether you want to lounge on the sun loungers or enjoy al fresco dining with your companions, this outdoor space is perfect for relaxation.  
The apartment includes two cozy bedrooms. The first bedroom, located at the front with views of the harbor, features a double bed (160x200cm), bedside tables with reading lights, a wardrobe, and blackout curtains for a peaceful night's sleep. The second bedroom, located at the back and overlooking the Oosterschelde, offers a double bed (180x200cm) along with similar amenities.  
The bathroom is thoughtfully designed with a walk-in rain shower, a sink with a mirror, and convenient open storage for your toiletries.  
For families with small children, a foldable baby bed (60x120cm) and a high chair are available. Additionally, pet owners are welcome to bring one pet. A storage area downstairs provides a secure space for bicycles and electric bike charging.
