Discover your own little paradise in the picturesque surroundings of Solanas, ideal for up to 5 people. This cosy holiday home offers breathtaking sea views that will make your holiday unforgettable. With its two panoramic terraces and spacious plot, it is perfect for those looking for peace and quiet in an idyllic location.  
  
Inside, you will find a practically furnished home with approx. 90m² of living space, consisting of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a laundry room, which is also equipped with a toilet. The interior features Sardinian granite for the stairs and fireplace and terracotta-coloured floors, which give the rooms a cosy character. Each room is designed to make you feel completely at ease during your stay.  
  
The outdoor area invites you to relax with a wonderful 35 square metre L-shaped loggia with sea views and a spacious terrace at the rear of the house. The 2000 square metre plot is partly landscaped with beautiful stone terraces and planted with olive trees, junipers, palm trees, oleanders, geraniums and hibiscus. It is fully fenced and offers both privacy and security.  
  
The village of Solanas, a small seaside resort unspoilt by mass tourism, is only 1.5 km away. Here you will find bars, pizzerias, supermarkets and renowned restaurants in high season, as well as a twice-weekly market with typical Sardinian delicacies. For the more adventurous, the nearby area offers surfing, sailing, diving and much more in Villasimius, just 10 minutes away by car. A special highlight is the white dream beach of Solanas, just 1100 metres from the house, known for its crystal-clear, algae-free water.
