"What a gem of a property. We were greeted on arrival and welcomed with open arms. The refrigerator had some food and juice along with some home made wine by the owners father. A pleasant gesture which is not normally done. Thank you so graciously the use of the Hotspot. That was a life saver on many occasions.The house was very inviting and open with a beautiful view of the mountains and the sounds of nature all around you. "I cannot fault this hotel. Everything was delivered with the highest level of efficiency and enthusiasm. Pickup from the airport was arranged by the hotel and really worth the extra money. The breakfast room was well stocked and the staff were extremely helpful."

"The people one floor below us were laughing loudly and yelling….at midnight. The air conditioning was not working and the staff refused to turn it on. We couldn’t open the windows because the people below were so loud we couldn’t sleep! Restaurant was bad."

"Two of the ladies were extremely nice. Always smiling and will to help. The lady the was there Sunday morning wasn't. Maybe she was having a bad day. Other than that, I was treated very well. I'm sorry I forget there names. The younger lady that checked me out Monday morning and the lady that checked me in Wednesday afternoon both get 5 stars from me. Dabro Dan ladies. "
