From our place, its a 5 minute walk to the beach across A1A. The parking is directly in front of our front door. We have two parking spots available for your stay. 2 dogs allowed with prior approval. pet fee of 75.00 will be applied per pet per stay GUIDELINES RULES AND POLICIES - expected of all our guests. \- No Parties or events allowed. \- Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation. Guests give host the right to collect a pre-set extra guest/visitor fee of $50\. per extra guest/visitor, through resolution or otherwise, for each extra guest/visitor above the max limit set in the house rules if prior express permission was not approved by host. \- Additional day guests of 2 maximum without approval allowed but must exit by 10pm. \- If host detects party/event through any measure including security cameras, neighbors reporting, police reporting, or otherwise, a minimum of $1000 party fee, due before guest checks out & does not include extra guest/visitor fees. \- There is NO SMOKING allowed in any interior spaces. This was in the middle of everything, snorkel, beach, food, and activities. The stay itself was gorgeous, there was so much space inside. We brought our pups and it was very dog friendly. The host was extremely accommodating and truly was the cherry on top of the entire weekend. Lots of great memories and this place made them happen! ##### Aurora A. I absolutely loved the bedrooms having "separate wings" and bathrooms. I like my privacy. The photos were authentic. The place was beautiful, clean with all the amenities we wanted. We loved it!
