Possibly the most beautiful condo on Singer Island! This 2-bedroom unit has been completely renovated and the beach is just a short walk from the front door.  
  
Phoenix Towers is the perfect place for your short-term stay on Florida’s Gold Coast. Residents & guests enjoy access to amenities like a pool overlooking the ocean, a fitness center, shuffleboard/tennis/pickleball courts, dedicated parking and private beach access.  
  
Inside Unit B-2d, you’ll find an open floorplan with classic coastal decor, wood-look tile floors (no carpets here!), modern fixtures & finishes, plus lots of natural light.  
  
The stunning kitchen features stainless appliances, quartz countertops, a beautiful backsplash and a massive center island with seating for a crowd. There’s also a dining nook, and you can sip your morning coffee on the private balcony while enjoying views of the ocean.  
  
The primary bedroom offers a walk-in closet and a spa-like ensuite with a custom-tiled shower. The guest room has access to the gorgeous hallway bathroom.
