« À mon arrivée, il faut traverser un centre commercial pour accéder l’autre bâtiment. Il s’avère que la piscine ne se trouve pas dans notre bâtiment, mais dans l’autre, donc à chaque fois que l'on veut y aller, il faut traverser ce centre commercial. Ce qui est vraiment inacceptable, c’est ce qui s’est passé ensuite. En arrivant dans notre chambre, j’ai constaté qu’il y avait une porte qui n’était même pas verrouillée. Cette porte n’avait pas de serrure, et en l’ouvrant, on découvre un mur, mais...
