Rooms were spotless and the staff all over the hotel from the reception desk to the club lounge were so friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is in a great spot with easy access to shopping malls and all tourist sites in Singapore

Great overnight stay between flights - easy drive from the airport (use Grab, the local version of Uber). Hotel staff were attentive. Had access to the club lounge, which made the stay even more enjoyable - champagne breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails all included.

Hotel was well located super close to the MrT so you can get around. Concierge looked after the taxi luggage and were able to provide great information so you can get about. Only hiccup up was no conditioner which was a bummer. Other than that check in and check out was great and easy and the staff very accommodating.
