Was very disappointed with the service offered by the property. Understand that I booked with Expedia which is a third-party website, was shocked that Pan Pac Orchard does not recognise my Platinum Elite member at all. None of my membership benefits was offered. Check-in was long, had to carry my heavy bag and wait. Took my keys and the keys did not even work in the lift. Had to wait again to get my keys to work. Water filter had some issues and I drank non-purified water. Tap water was clearer than their filtered water. Very disappointing experience as compared to the first time I have stayed at the property.

This is a brand new property in walking distance to Orchard Rd and the Ion. It is stunning and the pool area is amazing. I don’t think it would have been half as cool without a balcony overlooking the pool area. The rooms are very small with no drawer space at all. There is no gift shop or place to just grab a soda or granola bar.

It’s one of the worst experiences I had with Singapore hotel. The aircon is super noisy and you just can’t sleep and the balcony is big occuoy 1/3 of the room. The amenities are not good. Not even have a bath tube. The curtain is not automatic. The services is so bad that you can wait up to 30 mins and nobody pick up the services call. I negotiated with them for 2 hours to cut short my stay with them. The attitude was so bad and not helpful. No apologies and compensation. I asked for gm to call they never did or any follow up after my complaint.

This hotel was very nice, with a sophisticated exterior and interior. I had a comfortable time. In particular, the breakfast had a lot of variety and was delicious.

Spanking New, but very average for the price
Had a high expectation because of the newness of the hotel. The price that we paid also not cheap for the amount of sqm we were getting. Location is great. Walking distance to Orchard Rd, and easy to access by taxi or Grab. Lobby was beautiful and has a very nice open door and beach vibe. Staff were helpful and direct, was expecting a more friendly and helpful gestures. Even with the status I have from Hotels.com - I didn't get any upgrade or additional perks. Overall stay is OK.

Beautiful hotel but staff letdown
Last minute staycation for our wedding anniversary with our kids and we booked a suite. Suite was amazing. Room is very nice but service from staff is lacklustre. They won’t call you when your food delivery arrives. They don’t engage with us. Even at the club lounge staff hardly engaged in eye contact and just walked away before we could ask for anything.
