First surprise was that I had to carry a flight of over 20 stairs with my luggage as there was no lift service and they would not help or assist in carrying it to the room. Nothing like the photos at all . We wouldn’t be going back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone . If you have stayed in Bali this was way worse . Staff great and very helpful with information. Shopping center within 4 mins walk and train station about 5 mins walk . No drinking water in room so we were advised to arrange a bottle and fill the father from water dispenser in front of room 212\. All in all not recommended for family person. They said they offered breakfast, rather they give you coupon of a lousy restaurant next door and they give you only 1 piece of dosa or prantha that’s all. And honestly it was very bad in taste...... I was cursing myself all the time during the trip to let my family go through the ordeal. Highly Non Recommendable.
