Donc l'hôtel était au courant de notre arrivée le 24 octobre. Tout ce que l'on nous a proposé, a priori en catastrophe, c'est comme cela que nous l'avons ressenti : une chambre sans fenêtre située dans le hall d'entrée donc bruyante car il y a beaucoup de passage à toute heure du jour et de la nuit. Après voir insisté, le réceptionniste nous a quand même donné une chambre normale située au 2 ème étage avec fenêtre. Tout ceci fut désagréable car nous étions fatigués après un long voyage Paris - Ho Cho Minh Ville - Singapour qui dura au total 17 heures. Pour 3 jours on a payé 250€, soàit 83€ la nuit. Room air condition not working, water poor service. chance that guest couldn't take shower. Hotel employees are not friendly or accommodating. Room and bathroom are smelly. Located 15 minutes by taxi from Heathrow, with helpful and friendly staff. The hotel seemed brand new when I stayed - even came with a slight smell of paint. It should be called Hostel without stars. Whole building needs refurbishment. It has been run on a budget. Beds are clean but walls need painting job. It is very close to MRT station(5 min walk). They provide a towel and a bottle of water. Also $50 for key deposit.
