Chambre confortable. Excellent petit déjeuner, avec choix pléthorique pour tous les goûts. Superbe espace piscine en roof top. Dommage que les cocktails et serviettes des clients précédents ne soient pas débarrassés plus fréquemment, et que le choix de la carte et horaires de la cuisine ne soient pas plus larges. Personnel très agréable. Centre ville très facilement accessible en métro, l'hôtel étant placé juste au-dessus d'une station. Climatisation des parties communes trop froide (comme a beaucoup d'endroits à Singapour).

TV in the room was not working. I informed the desk everyday but it was still not working until the morning of my checkout day. USB plugs next to bed to charge phone not working.

Le personnel de cet hôtel est exceptionnel, d’une gentillesse et amabilité extrême et ce dans tous les services. La nourriture était excellente et bien présentée. Les chambres sont bien concues. Le problème est l’humidité constante dans la chambre, nos maillots ne séchaient pas après plus de 30 heures. Et le mobilier de la piscine est sale et ne sèche pas, l’eau s’accumule dans les sièges sans s’écouler, c’est inconfortable et insalubre.

Un hôtel 4* en centre-ville, très propre et le personnel très aimable. On a rapidement répondu à nos demandes. Il y a de très beaux points de vue sur la ville dans le resto, à la piscine où au lounge, les chambres sont bien aménagées. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est impressionnant, cuisine indienne, orientale, asiatique et nord-américaine.

Une pépite sur Orchard
Très bel hôtel merveilleusement placé sur Orchard road. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est un festival de plats et de cuisines. La piscine est un petit bijou avec vue sur la ville et Marina Bay sands. Nous avons pu l’utiliser en attendant notre vol retour.

My sister and I had a super time at this hotel. The personnel was very friendly and kind, the food for dinner and breakfast were amazing (we strongly recommend you to take the breakfast option as the buffet offers a large variety of food). Room very stylish and clean with a nice space. Only small inconvenience was the AC turned on before we arrived so it was very cold (we are Swiss so not used to AC).

Great location to access marina bay sands and Sentosa island by short, cheap taxi rides. Hotel was clean and well equiped, staff were very helpful and friendly. Stayed in a deluxe family room which was perfect for our family of 4.

The room is big and clean and it’s located right on orchard road. Very convenient to access to the MRT station. It’s fully covered so it doesn’t matter if it’s rain or shine, you can access to the MRT and shopping center connected to it. Staffs are very helpful and friendly.

We loved the view, the pool, the staff, and the service. The location was excellent. For example, when the duvet cover was completely torn, the staff was there quickly to fix it and left some chocolates as an apology! Unfortunately, I stepped on glass in the hotel room on the last night of our six night stay. We had not brought any glass into the room during those six nights. If the room had been vacuumed properly, this should have been caught. Sadly, I did not give the hotel staff a chance to make up for this error, as our flight out was early the next morning, but I would hope that the hotel invests a little more in their housekeeping to prevent ripped linens and glass in the carpets.

Best moderate priced hotel on Orchard Road in Singapore as there is the OG/OC shopping mall next door and very convenient MRT station. Singapore has a lot of rain daily at 3pm and it is very nice to be situated indoors with the promixity of this hotel to Grab and other taxis.

Dirty window with algae growing on it made the room feel much worse than it was. The view was disappointing, even though on a high level (half facing the hotel itself). Bad design where you need to take 2 lifts to get to the hotel rooms, gets very tedious when taking small trips outside. The ice machine is the best thing at this hotel. The pool is awesome.

I liked all the things indicated above in the What Did You Like? section. I did not like the fact that once again Shangri-La had no record of how many guests were on our booking and had not prepared our room accordingly. I do not know if this is an issue with Expedia or the hotel, however it needs to be sorted, especially when guests are queried for all of this detail and it never seems to make it onto the actual booking with the hotel.
