That said, the people we interacted with on the Heritage staff were super excellent. We rented a room with a washer and dryer which do take up some precious space. If you don't need the washer/dryer, go for a room without (there are shared washing machines available anyway). There was no place to really put our luggage so we found ourselves moving it around constantly. Not a huge deal, just a little nuisance. But in the end, none of this really mattered - we had hot water, a fridge, a bed, air conditioning. And above all else, the location here is absolutely perfect. About a 3 minute walk to the MRT station and 3 minutes in the other direction to the Maxwell hawker center which is a MUST if you want good and very cheap food. We would absolutely stay here again. Oh, and I think the people before us had a ton of durian fruit in the fridge. The smell was...something. Overall a very pleasant stay, most of the things we needed were provided. The only issue was that the room’s ventilation/air circulation seems pretty bad. Moisture in the bathroom doesn’t seem to dry out as fast, it would take almost a whole day to dry. This caused the rest of the floor & even the walls in the rest of the room to be slightly damped. We’re not sure if it was coming from the bathroom or was it because it was raining. Either way, it was a little disgusting and it took awhile for the floors & walls to dry.
