Hotel lobby and room are clean and welcoming as always. Great shopping and eateries are close by. Luckyly I latched the door. Think it was a staff cos mumbled about open wrong room. 3) been 3 weeks and my deposit has not been returned. Overall I'm still happy. The Wi-Fi keeps dropping connection and the connections is often slow. The staff would also rarely smile or even try to acknowledge your presence. I also went in expecting that the laundry would be by weight but it was by piece... It would have cost me over 120 for a small laundry. The bed was comfortable though...
