Recently renovated, this 2-bedroom apartment is located near famous Clarke Quay area and at a very convenient distance from Fort Canning MRT; spacious and fully-furnished space with a capacity of taking 3-guests and other hotel-style facilities. Spread over an area of 735sqft. this apartment is spacious and is perfect for small groups and small families. The master bedroom comes with a king size bed while the second room has a single bed and comes with 2-bathrooms.  
  
The living space has a sofa set, coffee table and a satellite TV with local channels. The dining table has a seating capacity of up to 3-people.  
  
The kitchen is well equipped with an electric kettle, rice-cooker (upon request), toaster, microwave, cutlery & utensils, oven and induction hob.  
  
Wardrobe, Ironing facility, Washer dryer are few of the amenities available
