Welcome to Pelican Key Haven, a beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa tucked away in one of St. Maarten’s most desirable neighborhoods. As you arrive, you’ll be greeted by the charming facade surrounded by lush greenery. Inside, the villa boasts a bright and open living space with modern furnishings, large windows, and vaulted ceilings, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.  
  
The highlight of the villa is its private pool, framed by palm trees and a sun-soaked terrace, perfect for unwinding with a drink in hand or splashing with family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen offers sleek countertops and high-end appliances, making meal preparation a breeze, whether you're enjoying a quick breakfast before hitting the beach or cooking a family dinner to enjoy alfresco.
