Simi Valley Vacation Packages

We stayed in a triple family room with three queen beds, so it was super spacious and comfortable for all of us. Overall, everything looked clean at first, but once we started noticing the little details, it didn’t feel like a deep clean had been done. For example, there was hair on the shower walls before any of us even used it, and the tub needed a quick rinse before showering. That being said, the staff was amazing!! They truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, which we really appreciated. The location is also a huge plus it’s right across from a plaza with food, coffee, and even a really good taco stand at night. Despite the small cleaning issues, I’d definitely stay here again!

Everything was nice thank you

I was told by the property that I will receive a refund for my one night stay. I blank of wood fell from the top of the TV and hit me in the head. It has been 3 days and I’ve not received a refund.

Breakfast was fresh and free and underground. Parking was safe and lit up as well.

Really friendly staff helped with checking in. Only issue is that there is a loud noise that the fridge makes at night
