You can enjoy a range of amenities, including a kidney-shaped swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 90 - 190 cm, available year-round), a yard, internet WiFi, and on-premises parking for two cars. The property also features a roof terrace and a table football for entertainment.

Unit Layout  
The "Monte Meco" is a 6-room house spanning 260 square meters over two levels. It features a tastefully furnished living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and cable TV access. This area spans across two levels and leads to a terrace. Additionally, there is a separate living room. The property includes four bedrooms, each with its own distinct configuration. One room has a dressing room, a French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 205 cm in length, a shower/WC, a double hand-basin, and a hydro massage bath. Another room offers two beds measuring 95 cm in width and 195 cm in length, along with a bath/WC. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and capsules for a coffee machine (Nespresso not included). It also features a dining table. There is a separate WC on the same level. The upper floor houses two additional bedrooms, each with a French bed (one measuring 140 cm x 195 cm and the other with the same dimensions), a shower/WC, and access to a terrace. The property also includes a mezzanine area.

The "Monte Meco" property offers several amenities to enhance your vacation experience. It features electric heating and air conditioning, although heating may not be available in all rooms.
