It features a private, angular swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 110 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.), Internet WiFi, and parking facilities, making it an ideal vacation rental for those seeking a relaxing getaway.

You will be staying in a spacious 4-room villa spanning 150 square meters, featuring a very comfortable and cozy furnishing style. The living/dining room is equipped with an open-hearth fireplace (for decorative purposes only), cable TV, international TV channels, and a flat-screen television. It provides direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. One room is outfitted with a French bed (140 cm wide, 200 cm long) and an ensuite shower/WC. The remaining two rooms each contain two beds (90 cm wide, 200 cm long). The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine (capsules for the Nespresso machine are not included).  
  
Amenities Included  
The villa offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. You will have access to terrace furniture, a barbecue area, six deck chairs, and a sitting area. Additionally, the property provides a washing machine, iron, mosquito nets, children's high chair, baby cot (suitable for up to 2-year-olds), and a hair dryer. Complimentary WiFi internet access is available, and reserved parking at the house is included. The villa is well-suited for families embarking on a vacation.
