Spread across the ground floor, first floor, and lower level, the villa features 7 bedrooms with various accommodation options, including double beds, bunk beds, and sofa beds – ideal for large families and groups. The bright and spacious living room is furnished with multiple sofas, perfect for socialising and relaxing. Outside, in addition to a heatable swimming pool (available at an extra cost), guests can enjoy a private spa area equipped with two jacuzzis (available at an extra cost), a sauna, and an ice bath (available at an extra cost), the perfect way to unwind after a day in the sun. This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost). Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. The house is huge and well laid out across three levels, so everyone had their own space and privacy. The kids loved the downstairs bunk room, and the adults appreciated the en-suite bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we enjoyed cooking and eating together in the spacious dining area. The outdoor area is a dream, the heated pool was worth the extra cost, and the jacuzzi was a lovely bonus for relaxing in the evenings. We also had some great BBQ nights. The location is quiet but close to beaches and shops, just a few minutes by car. We were three families with kids of different ages, and the villa had something for everyone. The downstairs bunk room was a hit with the kids, and the pool area is very safe and private. The adults enjoyed the jacuzzi and sun terrace — great spots to unwind. There’s lots of space both indoors and outdoors, and the villa is equipped with everything you might need for a longer stay, including laundry and a fully stocked kitchen. The beach and Armação de Pêra town centre are just a short drive away. The villa is stylish, clean, and very well maintained. Each floor offers something different, we especially loved the sea-view terrace and the private pool, which we had heated for maximum comfort. The bedrooms are spacious, and having so many en-suites made things much easier with a large group. The kitchen is well equipped and open to the dining/living area, so it's very sociable. We also appreciated the peaceful location — it’s far enough from the tourist noise, yet everything is just a short drive away. The house is huge, beautifully decorated and feels completely brand new. It’s clear that a lot of care went into setting everything up, from the soft furnishings to the entertainment options. We were a group of 20 and everyone had space to relax, whether in the bright living room, the pool area or the amazing spa zone. The heated pool was definitely worth it, and having two jacuzzis, a sauna and even an ice bath made it feel like a proper wellness retreat. The bedrooms were super comfortable and the layout of the house worked really well for a big group. We also had a great time playing snooker, table tennis and using the PlayStation and board games inside. The location is peaceful, but central enough to explore the Algarve easily. De vloer van het zwembad heeft onderhoud nodig waar de eigenaar inmiddels van op de hoogte is en dit word hopelijk opgepakt...Het huis was erg schoon, alles is echt aanwezig.De omgeving prima, wij hadden een huur auto maar is niet nodig als je goed te been bent. De faseliteite in en rond om de Villa zijn geweldig.Contact met de verhuurde was ook goed, bij de incheck was wat vertraging maar werd uiteindelijk goed opgelost.Wij hebben genoten met de familie.
