Inside, the living room boasts modern furnishings, a gas fireplace, and hardwood floors, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the area. The room is filled with natural light thanks to the large windows, and there is a Smart TV for your entertainment. The kitchen is also stunning, with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and views of the Blue River. The open-concept design allows for easy entertaining, with a breakfast bar that seats 2 and a dining table that seats 6\. The private wrap-around patio off the dining area is perfect for enjoying the beautiful Colorado weather.
