It wasn’t. While the owner was occasionally responsive—replacing a broken vacuum and providing coffee promptly—the overall condition fell far short of reasonable standards.Outdoor areas were neglected: thick layers of debris under the deck, an unsanitary gas grill I had to clean myself (only to find it underpowered), and a front entry marred by dried bird droppings. The house paint was peeling, several window screens were missing, and many windows were painted shut. There is no a/c which is ok, but all of the windows in the main area were painted shut or the hardware was removed so you couldn't open them to let the house cool off. The blinds at the top windows were also broken. We called and they said they'd stop by at 3\. We were not home so we're unsure if they even came but the blinds were not fixed and there was no communication that they came but couldn't fix them.
