The Aspen House amenities include an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center, a wellness room, a Ping-Pong table, a community gathering area with local tap beer and wine available, and an outdoor fire pit complete with roasting sticks. The Lake House amenities include a fire pit, two grills, and two hot tubs nestled right on the spring-fed Lake Everist, perfect for fishing, kayaking, and stand-up paddle boarding. However, it is listed and managed by Vacasa, and they are horrible to deal with and don't maintain the property as well as it should be. The listing states you have access to swim, gym, wine and beer bar as well as the lake house. But you only have access to the lake house even though a FOB for the Aspen house (which is the gym, swim and bar areas) is provided for the other amenities. Vacasa was contacted to assist in getting access to these listed amenities and were not helpful. I would love to stay here again but I will never rent through Vacasa again. ##### Jeanette S. The pool and lake access are fabulous, as well as the views and walking trails. The kitchen is stocked, and we were excited to have our own hot tub. One recommendation would be to add dressers in the main floor bedrooms, because there is nowhere to put clothes, especially in the master with no closet to use.
