This desirable two bedroom/one bathroom unit on the top floor with a balcony is located in the Wintergreen building within Creekside complex. It's pet-friendly too! Bedroom Configuration: Bedroom One - Queen bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom Two - Double/Single Bunk bed (sleeps 3) Living room - Queen pullout couch Occupancy for Black Diamond is 5 guests. Bathroom: One full bathroom adjacent to bedroom one Located in the Wintergreen unit in the Creekside complex. On the top floor (3rd floor) so very quiet. Great view overlooking Tube Town and the Silver Queen chair. The balcony has a view of the mountains and a BBQ. Black Diamond has a portable Air Conditioning unit to keep you cool in the summer. Only a three-minute walk to Tube Town with cafe and outdoor fire pit, the skating pond, and just a five-minute walk brings you to the heart of the village. We welcome pets!!! $30.00 per night/per pet plus tax. Please check off pets when booking on VRBO and the fee will be automatically applied. The shared outdoor hot tub in the Wintergreen building in Creekside is open during the ski season. For the summer and bike season, there is one hot tub open in the Creekside complex for all guests to use. Your building, Wintergreen features two coin washing machines/two dryers. Black Diamond is a fully equipped condo. Housekeeping is not included during your stay, but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay, it can be arranged at an additional cost. There are two parking passes for vehicles at Black Diamond. Ski Access: Wintergreen is part of the Creekside complex. A quick walk from the building for great ski in/ski out and access to the nordic trailhead.
