New cupboards, new carpets, new furniture, new linens, fresh paint, etc. It is like brand new. The Alpine Chairlift is right behind the condo. From your front door you have a flat 5 minute walk to the village or a 5 minute walk to the outdoor ice pond, tube town and cafe. No car or shuttle required to do anything. Bedroom Configuration: Master Bedroom: Queen with ensuite (sleeps 2) Bedroom Two: Double lower/upper bunk (sleeps 3) Living room: Double Sofa Bed (sleeps 2) Although this suite can sleep 7 occupancy is set at 6 guests. Washrooms: Ensuite with shower only 2nd full washroom Features include a private hot tub, BBQ, free wi-fi, free cable, free parking and ensuite washer/dryer. The hot tub is open during the ski season only and is closed during the shoulder and summer season. There are two outdoor parking spots for your stay. Abbott Suite is a fully equipped suite with its own laundry facilities. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost. The pet fee is $30 plus taxes per night/per pet. We were there on a mountain bike trip and it was extremely hot and the lower unit maintained a very cool temperature. Very nicely appointed exactly as photos portrayed the unit. Bunkbed is too unstable to use the top bunk. Drawers available for clothes had a layer of dust that needed to be cleaned out prior to using them. The sheets in the top bunk were covered with dog hair. Much of this unit is underground, half the unit is basement. The view is of the hot tub and cars that are parked out front. We did not have a car but could not even get picked up in the driveway because our half of the driveway was not plowed. We loaded our bags in the busy snowy street. The gas stove was not functional when we arrived, but a repair man did come by to fix it properly. There is a miss Pac-Man game, table available. Unfortunately, you need American quarters to use it which really pissed my kids off. ##### Randy S.
