After a long day of skiing, cozy up in front of the wood fireplace and enjoy the views. Bedroom configuration: Master Bedroom – King Bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom #2 (bunk room) – single/single bunk (2) and double/single bunk (sleeps 3) Bedroom #3 – Queen Bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom #4 (off entry way) – Queen Bed (sleeps 2) Living Room – Pullout Couch (sleeps 2) Bathrooms: Master Ensuite: Full Ensuite with Large Shower with Two Shower Heads Bedroom Level Washroom: Full Washroom with Tub/Shower Combination Main Floor Powder Room – Sink and Toilet The main floor is an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen so no need to lug groceries up stairs. The ski room is directly beside the door for your added convenience. The living room boasts a lovely wood burning fireplace and has a powder room on this floor. A new bedroom was just added. It’s a great room for grandparents that want to be on the main floor – no stairs! The lower level features the three bedrooms, one master ensuite, another full washroom and the laundry room. Bonus: The hot tub is open year-round at no additional charge. The hot tub entrance is also on this floor through the master bedroom. Great desirable Knoll location accessed on the quiet Attridge Lane. There are 3 outdoor parking spots available during your stay. Guests do have access to the single car garage for gear storage but no parking. Monashee Views is a full equipped house with its own laundry facilities. Housekeeping is not included during your stay but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost. Please Note: This home has an occupied suite in the basement; however, as a renter, you have a very private and separate entrance/driveway and do not share any facilities within the property. We had an amazing time with a couple of our teen kids. We came to Orange Beach for spring break and to spend time with our daughter who is going to school in Alabama. Location was great and we found many things to do on the property or in the area. We do know we came at a non-busy time of year for the area, and that added to the great value we got the condo for. Do plan to bring ‘basics’ with you as we arrived to find less than full rolls of TP in the bathrooms and one paper towel roll also less than full. Only one hand towel in the kitchen was a bit strange but we made it work. Kitchen was fully stocked with any dish/pan/appliance you could possibly need. The place could use a bit of TLC to fix a few things that are coming apart (master bath under cabinet and kitchen sink faucet to name a few). All in, we loved the place and would return.
