Situated on a slope in a residential area, this vacation rental offers a convenient location just 100 meters from the edge of the forest, 500 meters from the lake, and 200 meters from the skiing area. The property features a yard, internet WiFi, and parking, providing you with the essential amenities for a comfortable stay.

The property is a 3-room apartment with an area of 100 m2, located on the 2nd floor. It underwent partial renovation in 2013 and features cozy furnishings. The open living/dining room has an open-hearth fireplace and a flat-screen TV, with access to a balcony. There is one room with a french bed (1 x 155 cm, length 185 cm) and one large double bedroom with a double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 190 cm). The apartment has wooden floors and a small balcony of 5 m2 with balcony furniture.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is equipped with an open kitchen that includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, and a fondue set (chinoise, cheese). It also features 2 showers, bidets, and toilets. Additional amenities include an iron, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet. The property has a garage space (n 6, Sella Seglias) with a height of 205 cm and a width of 240 cm, suitable for a small car.  
  
Other Information  
The apartment offers beautiful views of the mountains and the countryside from the balcony. It is a non-smoking property, and smoking is not permitted. The apartment is designed for a maximum capacity of 4 people, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Pets are allowed in this vacation rental. While the kitchen is well-equipped, please note that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are an extra cost. The property does not have an elevator, so you will need to climb stairs to reach the second floor.
