Beautiful 6-room detached house, spacious living room with direct access to the garden and fireplace. TV, WLAN. Kitchen open to the living room with cooking island incl. integrated hob and kitchenette with two further hobs, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine.   
On the 1st floor: master bedroom with double bed and balcony. Bedroom with 2 single beds. A bathroom with shower/WC/bidet and washbasin. Guest WC. On the ground floor: a double bedroom with sofa bed and en-suite bathroom with shower/WC and washbasin. Washing machine and tumble dryer.  
On the lower floor: double bedroom with sofa bed and direct access to the garden. Double room with 2 single beds. 2 bathrooms with shower/WC/bidet and washbasin.  
Outdoor parking. Ski rack in front of the house. Pets are not allowed. Large garden with seating area.  
  
HOUSE DESCRIPTION  
  
Chesa Alvan is a detached house in Surlej. The house is close to the children's ski slope Corvatsch, within walking distance of the Corvatsch cable car and accessible by ski from the slope. The property is situated directly on the edge of the forest and offers a lot of peace and nature. There are three outdoor parking spaces directly in front of the house.   
The lakes, hiking trails and cross-country skiing tracks as well as bus stops are within easy walking distance of the house.
