"Ca La Lou" is a very beautiful and comfortable holiday rental house located on the outskirts of Sils, Spain. It offers a private and peaceful setting with a beautiful garden to relax, a swimming pool, and parking facilities. The property boasts amenities such as a yard, internet WiFi, and parking.   
  
Outdoors  
The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden, perfect for relaxation. It features an angular swimming pool measuring 4 x 3 m with a depth of 120 - 170 cm, available seasonally from May 1 to October 14\. Parking is available at the house, and there is also public parking on the road.  
  
Other Information  
The property is situated 5 km from the center of Sils, 300 m from the edge of the forest, and 22 km from the sea and beach. Nearby amenities include a supermarket 1 km away, a restaurant 9 km away, a bar 1 km away, a bakery 1 km away, and a railway station 9 km away. Additionally, there is a golf course (18 holes) within 8 km and walking paths starting from the house at a distance of 500 m.  
  
Distances and Attractions  
Several attractions are located near the property, including Waterworld Lloret (21 km), Girona (24 km), Barcelona (86 km), and Marinland (32 km). An airfield is situated 12 km from the property. Please note that a car is recommended for convenient access to these attractions.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 4-room, 75 m2 house called "Ca La Lou". The spacious and cozy living/dining room features a dining table, international TV channels, and a wood-burning stove. From the living/dining room, you can access the patio and the swimming pool. The house has three bedrooms: one double bedroom with a 140 cm (length 200 cm) French bed and electric heating, another double bedroom with two 90 cm (length 200 cm) beds and electric heating, and a children's room with two bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm) and electric heating.   
  
Amenities Included  
The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The property also features a shower/WC, terrace furniture, a barbecue, deck chairs, and a covered balcony with a view of the resort. Additional amenities include a washing machine, an iron, a children's high chair, a baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, and a hair dryer. Free WiFi internet access is provided.  
  
Other Information  
The property is suitable for families and allows one pet/dog. Please note that the TV channels are only in Spanish (ES). The property has been registered with the HUTG-058266 license.
