Le parking (payant) est aisé, l’hôtel est au centre de la ville et facilement accessible. Le restaurant et le petit déjeuner sont très bons, la nourriture est excellente et variée. Je recommande. »

Petite bouteille d'eau offerte chaque jour (merci, c'est agréable). Réservation du spa (1 h 30) : c'est agréable (vestiaire et toilettes sont prévus dans l'espace privatisé pendant 1 h 30). Petit-déjeuner sucré/salé correct. Parking à l'arrière de l'hôtel et terrasse couverte. Un peu éloigné du centre-ville, mais très bien desservi. Arrêt du tram à 5 minutes à...

"Personnel d'accueil professionnel, souriant et aimable. Chambre simple, fonctionnelle et avec mini-réfrigérateur. Salle de bain neuve. Petite bouteille d'eau offerte chaque jour (merci, c'est agréable). Réservation du spa (1 h 30) : c'est agréable (vestiaire et toilettes sont prévus dans l'espace privatisé pendant 1 h 30). Petit-déjeuner sucré/salé correct. Parking à l'arrière de l'hôtel et terrasse couverte. Un peu éloigné du centre-ville, mais très bien desservi. Arrêt du tram à 5 minutes à pied. Si je repasse à Ostrava, j'y reviendrai sans hésitation."
