Enjoy the resort's private beach in the provided lounge chairs while you dig your toes into the quartz sand. Need a break from the salt water? Take a swim in one of two pools on the property instead. Shuffleboard, tennis, or pickleball interest you? We've got it! The serene tropical vibe of this community is one you won't want to leave. The condo itself is well appointed with all the necessities. this is my first time in Siesta Key Sarasota, and it couldn't be better, unit is very well equipped, place is quiet and close to a lot of attractions and restaurants if I decide to go back again next year, I will choose Casa Mar without any doubts.

Excellent property, easy access, well stocked, comfy king size bed, beach towels and beach chairs provided which was lovely and even floaties for the pool. Bbq area just outside the door! The owners are very communicative and always available. We throughly enjoyed ourselves and will be back !

We enjoyed staying at Casa Mar and would stay again. The short walk to the beach and access to 2 pools and basketball court was great. The hosts were so responsive to any needs we had. One change I would make is having a towel service. I would be happy to pay a little more to not have to take time out to wash towels even though the laundry facility was easily accessible. Thanks again!

#### Siesta Key Beach property
Our accomodations were everything that we expected from the VRBO site! Place was clean, decorated nicely and very homey. It was perfect for the two of us. Kitchen had everything you needed. We loved the outside screened in porch. Had morning coffee and breakfast out there most days and found it very relaxing. Beach is gorgeous and our neighbors were all very friendly. It is close to downtown Siesta Key Village. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

#### Perfect spot!
My husband and I stayed in siesta dreams for our babymoon. It was perfect for the 2 of us! Cute decor and all the amenities. It even came equipped with everything you need for the beach. Chairs, umbrellas and even tubes for floating in the ocean. The beach has private access right from the complex. The beach is quite wide though, so it is a bit of a trek to get down to the water..but the white sand and clear water is well worth it! There are even lounge chairs for the complex guests to use right on the beach which was great. It’s a short drive to get into town where there is plenty of restaurants and shopping. We rented a car but there is a free trolly that will also take you there. Overall it was a perfect, super relaxing trip at the condo!

We just returned from an amazing week on Siesta Key. Our condo unit was everything it stated. One bed, one bath. All very well appointed, very clean. Great location between both pools. Laundry facility was a very short walk and simple to use (for reference, the machines take either quarters or credit card and the loads we did were each $1.75). Communication was great and all responses were very timely. Luckily our unit had beach chairs, umbrella, cart, towels and an assortment of beach toys. While some of these items had seen better days, they were all usable and much appreciated (the owner does not supply these, they are left by previous renters). The location of the resort could not be beat, a short walk to the beach. The free trolley stopped right in front of the resort and was simple to use (and recommended as parking in town is a challenge). We would definitely stay here again!!!!!!

#### Casa Mar Stay
We have stayed at Casa Mar before, but never this unit. We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean with a kitchen that was fully stocked so we could cook our own meals. As a traveling family, it was nice that there was an air mattress that was comfortable to sleep on that actually held the air. The location to the beach and pools was great as well.We would definitely stay in this unit again. There were some negatives too, however. There was no fitted sheet for the air mattress or the pullout couch, just blankets that we ended up using. Also, there was a broom to sweep up with, but we couldn’t locate the dustpan, so we had to use the vacuum cleaner to get rid of any dust or things that needed to be cleaned up. As a traveling family of 4, one roll of paper towels wasn’t enough and we had to purchase more paper towels to use. Same thing for toilet paper. We were given a half used roll and a roll for our full week at the beach. I’m not asking for a massive supply, but enough to get a small family through a week at the beach. Also, the dishwasher stopped working as well, which forced us to wash more dishes and order out more which was a slight inconvenience. Many of those negatives are very easily fixable. I am not complaining to dissuade people from renting this unit, but to simply inform the owners. We would stay here again in a heartbeat because it really did feel like home.
