The view encompasses the full arc of Crescent beach from "Point of rocks" in the South to beyond the public beach in the North. On the lanai, choose between bar stools/table, swivel loungers or a rattan loveseat for your sunset watching and dolphin spotting. The lanai is fully enclosed, but the windows slide right back, so for those who wish, you can listen to the sound of the waves. Fully refurbished with floor to ceiling glass doors between the lanai and the rest of the condo so that you can appreciate those glorious gulf views the minute you open the front door, in the master bedroom, the sitting area and the kitchen. Mostly furnished in Tommy Bahama, there is high speed internet and ceiling fans throughout, as well as AC. The condo has two bedrooms, a master with super king Tempurpedic mattress - quite possibly the most comfortable mattress available -, a walk-in wardrobe with lots of storage and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in marble shower plus grab rails. The second bedroom has both a queen and a twin, built in wardrobes, custom made chest of drawers and is immediately adjacent to the second bathroom with tub (plus hand rails) and shower. The in-condo laundry has a full-size washer and dryer. Fully modernised kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite surfaces, soft closing drawers and a tray ceiling with fan and recessed lighting. There is a brand new fridge freezer with in-door ice and filtered water dispenser. The kitchen is well equipped for cooks, and there is a three-seater kitchen bar. For coffee experts, there is a choice of a Keurig capsule machine, a "Mr Coffee" and a French press. The dining area has a carved mahogany based glass table beneath a ceiling mounted chandelier and can seat up to 6\. In the sitting area a Tommy Bahama lazy boy and long L shaped sofa provide comfortable seating. TV and DVD is available in the sitting area and both bedrooms. There are over 200 channels available and also the option to watch "youtube/Netflix/Prime" etc on the TV through Amazon firestick. The condo has its own private password protected superfast broadband (100MB/s) and there is a desk and chair on the lanai. Land line phones have free long distance calling in the United States and Canada. The reserved carport for 704 is just a few steps from the south lobby and elevator. The view from the Lanai is unparalleled and the bed in master is really comfortable. As we are frequent visitors to Siesta Key, we often compare the condos to others on our past visits over the last 20 years. So, keep that in mind as you read on! Again - View is stellar. Open air opportunity with impeccable sight line to sunsets. Layout of condo is great and comfy beds. Nice shower. What was different for us was it had more "hotel like" amenities in the room. For example, bath towels were rough. No beach towels (they did say that in advance... But traveling by plane makes it difficult to pack them. So, it was an expensive add on for the family). The pantry area is reserved as an owners closet so once we bought groceries there was nowhere to put them. Typically at our stay in other places along the beach, some basic kitchen supplies were provided (salt, pepper, coffee filters, etc.). With this unit, we had to purchase everything for the week. There is a security guard by the pool and they actively look for wristbands. Again, not a bad thing at all. Just different from other places along the beach. The beach chairs are locked up every night and placed back on beach the next morning. I did have to call down to office one day to ask if they would be unlocked at 10:30am. The pool area is very clean and so are the restrooms. There are plenty of showers nearby too, which is nice. It definitely gets crowded and stays crowded most of the day. You can tell it's an older property but they take care of it. Kolby at the check in was fantastic. Very friendly and fun to talk to. ##### Tamara V.
