It is very close to a house with the roof and power lines as your view! No trees, bushes as shown in his picture! Needs updated picture so renters can get a true view of what they look at. The beach is a short walk. Palm bay club has always been our go to place…but…next time we will rent thru them, instead of a private owner who did not respond to us very fast. The unit has fairly nice furniture, but the beds do need replacing, especially in room with 2 beds. Kitchen supplies bery limited…one dish rag and one dish towel. ##### Syl T. Do your due diligence. Because of the hurricane and older building updates there is a lot of construction/reconstruction. Ask! We didn't, BUT when we expressed our disappointment they were able to give us a different unit, and it was great. I recommend staying bayside if you want a quieter experience and more privacy.
