The location couldn’t be better, just steps from everything you want in Siesta Key.One of the best parts was how well-equipped the condo was for beach days. They provide everything: an outdoor shower, wagon, beach chairs, even a floatie. It made the whole trip so easy and enjoyable.I couldn’t recommend this place enough and am already planning my next trip back. If you’re thinking about booking, do it. For those who like to eat in, the place settings and cutlery are all new and plentiful, and the kitchen appliances are new and work well.This is a small cottage, but we spent 10 days there in July 2025\. Beach chairs, etc. are provided for 4 people. Spotless apartment, completely redone after last fall's devastating hurricane. Fully equipped and functional kitchen open to the living area where the foldout couch is. Modern but small bathroom is through the bedroom. Both the convertible couch and the King bed in the bedroom were very comfortable.Only shortcomings — thus 4 stars — probably due to recent reopening: no wastebasket in the bathroom; no chair(s) in bedroom; a single towel rod in bath… no room for more, but in a unit that “sleeps 4” a good-sized towel rack must be provided elsewhere. There were only 2 of us, and we had to drape damp bath towels over chairs in the living room.That said, we would return to Pinkie's #9 and Siesta Key very happily! ##### Nancy O. Everything was updated, clean, and exactly as advertised.
