The Space: This home is perfect for any vacation, any family or group regardless of age ranges, and it has proven time and again that there is something for everyone here! The heated saltwater pool and spa features a waterslide and sun-shelf area with bubblers and lights that is perfect for lounging or for the kids to play. The oversized spa makes its use very comfortable. Beside the pool area you'll find a large open-air patio space with loungers. Nearby, you'll find the covered patio space that includes a large smart TV, multiple seating and dining options, outdoor grill (natural gas), ping pong and mini-basketball hoop! It is the perfect place to relax after a day spent at the beach! These spaces are all within the fenced backyard for privacy and security making it family friendly and perfect for the home's pet friendly policy (fees and restrictions apply). This approximately 2,600 square foot coastal farmhouse is charming through and through! You'll love it, we promise! It also has well placed windows and sliding doors to bring in great natural light, keeping things light and bright. This home has an elevator with service to all floors.This home provides 5 bedrooms (all with en suite baths), and 5 full baths and 2 half baths. 3 of the 5 bedrooms have balcony access. There are 4 king beds, 1 full over full bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. It comfortably sleeps 14 people in beds. The great room is set up as the perfect gathering space that includes the kitchen, living, and dining area of the home with access to a balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked, and we mean that because we know how important it is to you, our valued guests! Not only is it stocked, but it's also stocked with the products and manufacturers you trust. This home also boasts a game room with multiple gaming consoles - Nintendo, Playstation, and more - and assorted board games. Floor Plan Description (by level): Ground Level: Free parking for up to 5 vehicles (2 covered spaces, and 3 spaces in the driveway). On this ground level you'll find the fully fenced pool and backyard area (pet friendly - fees and restrictions apply), including the covered patio space. As we already shared, it's such a great space for everyone. In addition to all the details already shared, there are ceiling fans throughout the space for added comfort. The home's beach equipment can be found here, which includes 2 beach wagons, 2 coolers, 6 beach chairs, and 4 bikes. We include a full refrigerator and deep freezer nearby for easy storage of food, drinks, and ice, so your beach prep and breakdown are that much easier. These appliances can also be used to support your pool days and time at home as well. You'll also access the home's main entrance foyer with elevator and stair access to the home's two (2) living levels above. The First Level of Living (2nd Floor): Here, you'll find the main great room and balcony. The great room features a fully stocked kitchen with a range and hood vent, full sized refrigerator (with ice maker) and freezer, dishwasher, trash and recycling storage, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and more. These spaces are very well appointed with drinkware, cookware, bakeware, dishware, cutlery, and specialty items like crockpots, blenders, and more. If you have any questions on kitchen supplies, our reservationists would be happy to provide more details. The kitchen also includes a dining area with a custom island dining table for 16\. The dining table is such a cool feature, and all of our guests love it for entertaining, especially around the holidays! Just off this space is a comfortable living room with seating (queen sleeper located here) and balcony access. The balcony on this level extends the interior living space and complements it well! There is 1 bedroom on this floor, master bedroom 1, and it features balcony access, a king bed, and an en suite bathroom. There is also a half bath off the great room and a laundry room with washer and dryer on this floor. The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor): This level features the remaining 4 bedrooms, and all of them feature en suite bathrooms. Master bedroom 2 (bedroom 2) features balcony access, a king bed, and an en suite bathroom with double vanity. Bedroom 3 (balcony access) & 4 both feature a king bed and an en suite bath with vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 5 features a full over full bunk bed (sleeps 4) and an en suite bath that features a vanity and shower/bathtub combination. There is a game room on this floor with multiple gaming consoles, board games, and more. There is another half bath and washer and dryer on this floor as well. Getting Around: On the beach block, meaning you don't have to cross any roads to get to the beach! You're literally within 1 block of the world-famous Siesta Key Beach. This super fun entertainment district is literally right around the corner, and it has something for everyone, and it is quickly becoming a guest favorite! But, even with this proximity, this Point of Rocks neighborhood is quiet, so it provides the perfect mix of fun when you want it, and quiet when you need it. And, as we shared, you're within a block to the beach too, so walkability here is incredible! If you want to explore further, without the hassle of driving, you'll find multiple stops nearby for the free trolley that provides transportation service to the entirety of Siesta Key. You're also just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft to the mainland Sarasota area (5 minutes) and downtown Sarasota (20-25 min) for access to the Sarasota's Performing Arts scene, and numerous fantastic restaurants, shops, marinas, bars and entertainment, grocers, and more. And, day trips to Lido Key, Anna Maria Island, Venice Beach (shark tooth hunting), Myakka State Park and so much more are all less than an hour away, as well as the amazing theme parks of Tampa and Orlando that are all just 1-2 hours away! We had six adults and six children, aging in range from 3 to 14\. The house was beautiful, clean, and had all of the perfect amenities to make a week vacation in Florida wonderful. The access to the public beach was about 800 steps from the front door; making it easy to get there and back with children. The check-in process was beyond easy, as well as the checkout process-easily the smoothest of any rental we have stayed at. Property managers are extremely responsive and helpful prior to your stay and throughout the stay for any needs that you have. We often stay in rentals when we go on large family trips and this one exceeded our expectations. The bedrooms are laid out nicely to provide privacy when needed. The large kitchen table was wonderful to accommodate all of us for dinner each night. Beautiful home making our trip amazing. Thank you! ##### Erica V. Everything was 100% first class and spotless! Our kids had the time of their lives and loved sharing the house with their friends, infinitely better than being cooped up in a hotel room. Nice walk to the beach, made even better with the supplied wagons, coolers and beach chairs. This house has the perfect pool, space and location for large groups. We had 11 in our group with 5 kids ranging from 11 mo to 13 yrs old. We watched the Super Bowl in this amazing living room and kitchen. The kitchen table seats 16 people!!!! The kids wanted to spend their time in the pool and the hot tub. Excellent rooms for each couple that flew in from all over the US. Enjoyed the spaces, living room, balconies, and pool area to socialize and build family bonds. The property was super clean, well-appointed, modern, and absolutely perfect for our gathering. This all culminated in our big birthday dinner for 12 people. We have all family and we just loved the place. The pool is amazing. The distance to the beach is not bad. The property manager's responsiveness was unbelievable. The kitchen is spacious and very well-appointed. We made many of our meals in-house, and there was plenty of room for several people to prep and cook at the same time. The pool and patio area are awesome. Another area of the property that is well-stocked. Stacks of neatly rolled pool/beach towels just inside, as well as bikes, helmets, and beach gear in the garage. We visited during peak college basketball season, and loved the outdoor tv for keeping up with the games in the fresh air. The rest of the house--bedrooms, bathrooms, family room--are very true to the photos and served us well. Easy walk to the beach and to some local shops and restaurants. Our best walkable meals came from the Toasted Mango Cafe (we had breakfast) and the Big Water Fish Market. We celebrated a milestone birthday for my dad, and everyone--from age 1 to 70--had a great time at this house and on Siesta Key! We started dreaming up our next visit. 10/10 recommend and would stay here again. ##### Liz T. It’s conveniently located with the free trolley going right by the house, but not a noisy busy neighborhood. The rooms are all roomy, and well appointed! The pool deck was such a great way to spend a day having cocktails and snacks with friends. The kitchen… that ISLAND/TABLE! Just gorgeous. We couldn’t have been more pleased. The house is immaculate, and smells good. Beach access is a short walk (5-7minutes), and house has beach chairs, coolers and wagons to get everything you need to the beach. ##### Tracy K. The pool was brilliant and the hot tub gets very hot which is amazing for the evenings. The rooms were all good sizes with TV’s which was helpful. There is a bedroom off the living room which wasn’t ideal as the walls are very thin. If we had any problems the team were quick to get back to us though. Only suggestion would be to change the pillows! They felt like inflatable pillows which were very uncomfortable. ##### Victoria M. The beds were comfortable & the linens were nice. Nice modern decor. We really appreciated the washer/dryer on both floors. The kids loved the pool! If you prefer more privacy, request the B unit. It has more parking (some off the main road) and whoever stays on the A side can’t see you. We had unit A and the people staying on the B side could see us anytime they wanted from multiple vantage points. I don’t particularly like that. We came together from across the country to meet at the house in Sarasota and it was more spectacular than our expectations! We had a blast in the house, LOVED the kitchen and kitchen table that allowed us to dine together each meal! The owners just need to install a train around the table top to facilitate easy passing! LOL! We LOVED the pool and the waterslide! We had one issue with the elevator getting stoped (pretty sure we bumped the stop button on the way out) but the property manager responded quickly and the technician was prompt and efficient! We didn't even know he was there until he told us it was fixed and he was leaving! Speaking of the property manager, she was in touch before and throughout our stay and was very helpful. LOVED the location and beautiful beaches, and of course the HOUSE!! Would (and have) recommended to others! ##### Chris F. It’s brand spanking new and just gorgeous! It’s immaculate and the layout is perfect for our sized group. We had four adults and 5 kids with us.
