Enjoy your vacation in this beautifully decorated beachfront three story, 4 bedroom/3.5 bath townhouse! The sparkling blue waters and white sands of Crescent Beach is just steps away. The first floor has a full size living room with two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and the other with a Queen over Queen Bunk set; also a full size bathroom with a walk-in shower is outside between the two rooms. Walk up the stairs to a spacious kitchen, dining room and another living room with a TV. A half bath and washer/dryer is adjacent to the kitchen. The third floor offers a pool view master suite with a king bed, a full size bathroom with tub/shower combo. Step out the sliding doors of the other master suite to your own private balcony to view the fabulous stretch of beach along the Siesta coastline. This bedroom has a queen bed and a full bath with a shower. Comfortably sleeps 8 maximum guests. Near the bridge and within walking distance to restaurants. Plus a gorgeous view of the beach. This townhouse is well designed for a large family or group with plenty of space and bathrooms. This property is beautiful, convenient, clean, and management is very attentive. Proximity to the beach and pool is unsurpassed and having a private beach with chairs and umbrellas was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a courteous and helpful front office staff. The accommodations were awesome. So much room and space. The views of the beach and gulf not to mention the pool literally at the bottoms of the steps was more than we could have imagined. Would rent this unit again in a heartbeat. ##### Ron G.
