This studio condo is approx 420 sq feet and offers a king size bed. Play tennis or shuffleboard, then bask in the sun by the swimming pool located steps from your unit. we had an amazing stay, the location , pool , very short walk to the beach which was perfect for our short visit ,the condo unit was clean and had everything we needed , trolly stop at the end of the driveway help to get to areas we needed saved on driving and parking costs too Gloria and Greg

Celebrating 50 years together
This was our first experience renting through VRBO. I would rate that as 5 out of 5. Our condo was as expected based on reviews. Yes a bit dated in decor. I would recommend replacing the window facing the pool as it does not close tight. A prior review mentioned that the toilet didn’t flush properly. It is an older toilet that works fine if you hold the handle down. However a newer more efficient comfort height toilet would be a great upgrade. The last reviewer mentioned that outlets didn’t work, however I figured out there is an outlet on the poolside that t’s controlled by a switch by the door.

Desperately in need of updates and repairs! DON’T STAY HERE!
This location cannot be beat! However… our stay was marred by broken appliances (dishwasher), doors (locks didn’t work), windows (wouldn’t shut), broken outlets, and a toilet that didn’t flush properly. We spent an inordinate amount of time getting repairmen to our room to fix various issues and while management was willing to help, this is NOT the way we wanted to spend our vacation time. In addition to this, they used to have an attendant checking property ID bracelets to ensure the beach was only used by Casa Mar customers. The bracelets are still provided, but no one is checking them so the beach was crowded - we’re assuming many people parked and walked to the Casa Mar beach area. We stayed here in 2022 and while the unit needed to be updated, everything was in working order and the beach wasn’t crowded. This was a completely different experience. We were disappointed and frustrated. DO NOT BOOK THIS UNIT!

Ocean vacation 24
We had a wonderful week in our "suite spot" ... so close to the beach and the ocean! Saw beautiful sunrises and sunsets! The unit is nicely furnished and comfortably large enough for 2 people. I loved the easy communication with the management and their pcmpt response. I wish we could have stayed longer and hope we can come back someday ❤️

Disappointing
Needs updating, door window was busted, broken glass in the track on the outside. A piece uf plexi glass was is place of glass, kitchen towel wedged in there as well. Comforter dirty. Just very disappointing, will not stay there again.

Couldn't have asked for a better location
Came in for a long weekend and my stay was perfect. Great communication from property manager. Well kept room, pool, and property. Steps from the beach as described. Far enough from Siesta Key Village to be peaceful, but a short ride by car or trolley. I definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

The room was clean. Bed was wonderful! Pool, right outside the room. And beach very short walk. Maybe host could invest in a microwave cart. Would really free up already limited counter space.

Siesta Key is worth it!
Drove to office as instructed but then was told only need access code so that was a waste. Superficially clean but bedding could use rehab. Had to spray kitchen for ants first day. The location was great! We are older so very loud kids in pool every night until 11 or midnight was unsettling. Reported to onsite management 2x. Site was overrun with trash that we were advised was missed the week we arrived. Overall not bad but for the price paid, could be much better!

Wonderful little efficiency for 2.
Had a great 12 days. The only thing that would have made our checkout easier was to leave the door key back in the lockbox. Traffic was terrible trying to return to office on a Sunday morning in the village. Thank you for a great vacation!

Wonderful Location and Reasonable Price for it.
This is a comfortable, one-story efficiency built in 1960 with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay right on one of the country's best beaches, and with two lovely pools on site as well.
