Crescent Arms has one-story villas as well as two seven-story towers that are directly on the beach. Our vacation condos are located in the North and South Towers of the Crescent Arms Condo complex. Crescent Arms offers a picturesque serpentine pool that is secluded for your privacy and heated in winter for your comfort. The clubhouse, restrooms and showers are close by the pool for your convenience. The towers are steps from private beach access and lounge chairs are provided – already on the beach. It's not unusual to be able to watch dolphins swim by in the gulf. BEACHFRONT: GORGEOUS NEW LISTING - This two bedroom/two bath Crescent Arms condo - Unit 502S - is located on the fifth floor, in the south tower. Positioned in the southwest corner it has a breathtaking view of the powder white sands and the azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Fully furnished and decorated, this condo feature a large living room, dining area and two large bedrooms. This condo sleeps up to six (king-size in Master, Queen + twin-size bunks in the second bedroom). The beautiful screened-in Lanai has an amazing view of the Gulf and beach below. The living room has cable HD flat-panel TV. An HD flat-panel TV is also included in both bedrooms. The entire unit has been renovated with beautiful hard flooring throughout. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and tile backsplash with stainless steel microwave, dishwasher, glass top range/oven, and all cooking utensils, silverware and dishes. The living room has floor-to-ceiling sliders that open out onto the screened in lanai overlooking the Gulf and beach below. The living room has a leather couch and love seat and opens out to the Lanai which has a cozy table and chairs. The master bath has a granite counter and large glassed in tub/shower with modern, beautifully accented subway tile. The second bathroom has a granite countertop on vanity and a modern tiled walk-in shower. Sunnyside Properties provides all your linens, beach towels, and ice chests. Beach chairs are provided on the beach for your convenience. We have taken great care to supply this Siesta Key vacation rental accommodation with everything you need to make your vacation a memorable success. Attractions and amenities within walking distance include shops, fine dining, a marina, fishing charters, jet ski rentals, boat rentals, parasailing, Dolphin Tours, intimate night clubs with dancing and free lighted tennis courts. You can avail yourself of the miles of bike/jogging paths or miles of beaches to walk on and enjoy. Over 20 golf courses are within a 20 minute drive. Although we had hoped for sunny and warm temps, we had to settle for mostly cold and rainy conditions. Lucky for us this condo was perfect for the "non sunny" trip. We could not stop talking about how awesome the TV in the living room was (especially for all the big football games). We had plenty of room for 4 adults and the place was nice and clean and well equipped. Of course, for the two days that it was sunny, the view was amazing from the balcony (and even from the living room). The beach is second to none and is great for walking, biking, laying out and swimming. There are several restaurants and shops right down the street that are within walking distance (and many others within a 5–10-minute drive). The management was extremely responsive and helpful with our changing needs and a slight issue with a TV. We would highly recommend this place to others and would certainly come back! ##### David G. Upon arrival I was a bit concerned that the building had only one elevator, but to my delight we never had an issue with it and never had to wait more than a minute for it to come. The building itself seemed old and the interior hallways felt a little dungeon-like. But not to worry, the condo itself was just as pictured. It was so close to the beach and had a gorgeous view from the large wrap-around balcony. The pool was on the opposite end of the property so it was a little inconvenient getting there but not a big deal. The couches and beds were comfortable, bathrooms were very nice, and the kitchen was fully stocked with nice pots and pans, dinnerware, utensils and anything else you need to prepare a meal. The air conditioner worked great. The owners provided 6 beach towels which was super convenient. I would have liked more bath towels; 6 were provided. The only drawback to this condo is that there is not a washer and dryer in the unit. However, there are some in the building available for use. Assigned covered parking was convenient and very close to the building. The beach was amazingly clean with soft white sand that stayed cool no matter the outside temps. We preferred Crescent Beach over Siesta Key Beach because it was much less crowded and just as pretty. This condo is in a great location with grocery, restaurants and shopping nearby. Most importantly, the beach is just steps away! You won’t be disappointed with this unit! ##### Don Y.
